<p>Made by Egon from sustainable vineyards grown just across the Danube River from Wachau. This fresh and zesty delight has aromas of lemon curd and white pepper, and green apple on the palate. <p>Our friends at Les Lunes Winery made this wine for us with dry-farmed, organic, old-vine Chardonnay grown in Mendocino. <p>Bi-Rite partnered with the iconic California winery Saintsbury for our Pinot Noir. This Pinot has the perfect balance of ripe berry fruit, soft velvety tannins, and lip-smacking acidity. A great wine for any occasion!</p> <ul> <li>Does not include bottle opener</li> </ul>

<p>In collaboration with Domaine la Cabotte, this Côtes du Rhône is organic and biodynamic using Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre with the addition of Cinsault and Carignan. Great with roasts, pork, and bean dishes.</p> <ul> <li>Does not include bottle opener</li> </ul>

<p>This sparkling rosé is made with Cabernet Franc giving it a dry finish with notes of red fruit and pepper spice. It's great as an aperitif or paired with light fare such as salads, charcuterie, and cheese.</p> <ul> <li>Arrives chilled</li> </ul>
